The LIMES electromagnetic level switch is used to detect fill
levels and for dry run protection. An electromagnetic wave
penetrates the medium and, depending on the di-electric value,
the running time is adjusted accordingly. This method of
operation allows it to be used in all applications, even in cases
where the fill medium varies. The LIMES electromagnetic level
switch does not detect deposits, foam and condensation.
The LIMES electromagnetic level switch can be installed in
any position in tanks or piping systems. Its sanitary process
connections permit hygienic compliant, nearly flush-mounted
installation. In addition, its high temperature resistance makes
the LIMES electromagnetic level switch ideal for use in CIP
maintenance and sterilization processes
